Carolyn has practised in family law since her admission as a solicitor in 2003. In 2009, Carolyn gained specialist accreditation as a family lawyer, making her one of the youngest accredited specialists in Queensland. Carolyn has a strong academic background in the law, having obtained her degree with Honours.
During her studies she was appointed a Dean’s Research Scholar. Carolyn’s strong intellectual and organisational skills are of great benefit to her clients, especially in complex cases where she has complete grasp of detail as well as the ability to focus on the bigger picture and achieve results. Clients also value Carolyn’s calm and supportive approach. Carolyn has a keen interest in mediation and is trained as a mediator. She also speaks Cantonese.
